How invoices are structured
Fixed retainer + variable
A monthly retainer covers the agreed service window: monitoring, on-call, routine maintenance. Project-style work — migrations, audits, capacity planning — is quoted separately on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis.

Currencies and contracts
Standard contracts are available in Russian and English. Invoices in RUB, USD, EUR, or AED. Payment terms net 15 by default; longer terms negotiable.
