From Hvister hosting to IRBR managed services

In 2012, the founding team launched Hvister, a hosting provider in Crimea: bare-metal servers, thousands of customer accounts, and a hybrid setup with public clouds. By 2020 the team was running SLA-driven engagements for B2B clients; by 2024 the offer covered DevOps outsourcing with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code. IRBR is the next step: B2B managed services on the same operational backbone — the same engineering rigour, a modern stack, and a deliberate B2B-grade service experience.

Operating principles

Outcome-led

SLAs are written in business terms — uptime that affects revenue, latency that affects conversion, recovery times that affect contracts. Engineering targets follow from there.

Auditable by default

Change tickets, post-incident reviews, monthly service reports. Customers get the same artefacts an internal SRE team would produce, on a cadence agreed up front.

Long horizon

We’re still operating servers commissioned in 2014. That patience shapes how we design platforms — for ten years of operations, not the next demo.

Headquartered in Feodosia (Republic of Crimea), with engineering presence in Moscow, and Krasnodar. International clients are served remotely under English-language contracts, with on-site visits scheduled by agreement.

CIS

Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia. Compliance with 152-FZ and local data-residency requirements. Operating teams in Moscow timezone (UTC+3).

UAE

English-language engagements with companies registered in DIFC, ADGM, and mainland UAE. Working hours overlap and remote on-call coverage are agreed in the SLA matrix.

European Union

GDPR-aligned controls for clients in the EU and EEA. Engagements are scoped with data-protection counsel where personal data are processed.
